Letter From...

August 7, 2009

Trajectory’s senior management has been actively involved with the successful launch and re-launch of many television networks, including ESPN International, ESPN Dos, ESPN do Brasil, ESPN Sur , HBO’s Cinemax and Financial News Network (prior to it becoming CNBC).  That experience is now being used to support America One’s transformation from a general entertainment broadcaster into a Sports & Entertainment Network in the tradition of the original USA Network and TBS (which was originally WTBS Atlanta).

The Company has worked closely with America One’s senior management to identity a need for international sports among traditional broadcast channels and regional sports networks.  It plays an active role in identifying and securing license agreements with international sports producers, teams and leagues.  Trajectory takes an active role negotiating distribution agreements on behalf America One with RSNs in some of the country’s top markets, including New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.

Trajectory Sports & Media Group, LLC, is proud of its association with America One Sports and believes the network is now positioned to become a major provider of back-drop sports programming for both RSNs and standard broadcast television stations.

Sincerely,

Richard Stone
President
